Can I use a sled on concrete?
Only if the manufacturer permits it and the skid system suits the surface. Concrete can be noisy and highly abrasive to both sled and ground.
How long should the sled lane be?
That depends on programming, but allow the intended work distance plus safe acceleration, stopping, turning and circulation space.
Do all sleds use Olympic plates?
No. Confirm the loading-post diameter, usable sleeve length and maximum load before buying plates or assuming compatibility.
